Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Leadango LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when people use Leadango.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account and business information: email address, authentication records, business profile details, services, page content, social links, settings, and support communications.
  • Request information: details a visitor submits to a business page, such as name, email, phone number, requested service, desired date, budget, and message.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser details, page and interaction data, security signals, session information, and service logs.
  • Billing information: subscription status, transaction identifiers, and related billing records. Our payment processor handles payment-card details; Leadango does not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Leadango.
  • Create accounts, publish business pages, and deliver requests.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Process subscriptions and maintain billing records.
  • Send service, security, support, and account communications.
  • Measure product use and improve page and request experiences.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Business owners and request visitors

A business owner decides what information to request on its Leadango page and how to use submitted leads. For those requests, Leadango processes and delivers the information on the business owner's behalf so the owner can respond. The owner is responsible for its later use of the lead and its communications with the visitor.

Leadango separately decides how to use account, authentication, security, billing, support, and service-usage information to operate and protect the platform. Visitors should contact the relevant business about that business's follow-up, services, or use of a request. We can help with Leadango-specific privacy or security questions.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

  • To the business account that owns the page where a visitor submits a request.
  • To providers that host, secure, authenticate, analyze, deliver email, or process payments for Leadango. These providers currently include Vercel, Supabase, Twilio SendGrid, and Stripe.
  • When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and analytics

Leadango uses necessary cookies or similar storage to keep users signed in, preserve security, and operate the service. When separately enabled, we may use limited, cookie-free product analytics to understand page views and important product interactions. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Leadango does not currently change its practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform standard for interpreting them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or authorize service providers to track visitors across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising. When Vercel Web Analytics is enabled, it uses no cookies and is configured to accept only redacted public paths and non-sensitive interaction events.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention varies by data type and purpose. Account, page, and lead information is scheduled for deletion after a verified account-deletion request, subject to a short processing period and legal, security, backup, accounting, and fraud-prevention needs. Backups expire under provider lifecycles and are not used to restore deleted information except when needed for disaster recovery, after which applicable deletions are re-applied.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the information we process. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to appeal a decision about a request. Email us to submit a request and describe the account, business page, or submission involved. We may verify identity and authority before responding. If Leadango processed a visitor's request only for a business owner, we may direct the visitor to that owner or help route the request.

9. Children

Leadango is not directed to children under 13, and account owners must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If we learn that this occurred, we will delete or restrict the information as appropriate unless retaining it is legally permitted. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information improperly.

10. International use and policy changes

Leadango is operated from the United States, and owner accounts are initially offered only to businesses located in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate. We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new last-updated date. We will provide additional notice or request renewed acknowledgment for a material change when required by law or reasonably appropriate.
