The service business whose page you used controls its own customer communications and decides how to respond. Contact that business directly for quotes, scheduling, refunds, or service questions. Contact Leadango for a platform privacy or security issue.

• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• The approximate date and time of the issue.
• A screenshot with passwords and sensitive details removed.

If you believe an account or Leadango data is at risk, put "Security" in the email subject and describe the issue without accessing, changing, or downloading data that is not yours.

To report content you believe infringes a copyright, email the monitored support address with "Copyright" in the subject. Identify the protected work, the Leadango page and material involved, your contact information, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure process.
