Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Owner accounts are currently offered only to businesses located in the United States.

Leadango helps service businesses publish request pages, collect inquiries, organize leads, and manage related account settings. Leadango does not provide the services advertised by account owners and is not a party to transactions between a business and its customers.

Account owners are responsible for:

• Their business, offers, prices, availability, and customer service.
• Giving visitors any notices and obtaining any permissions required for the information they request and the communications they send.
• Using lead information only for lawful business purposes.
• Responding to requests, quotes, scheduling, refunds, and disputes.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a response, booking, price, or service outcome.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain Leadango. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Leadango.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you publish or submit.

We may remove or restrict content reasonably believed to infringe another person's rights and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Copyright concerns can be reported through the process on our Support page.

You may not use Leadango to:

• Break the law, deceive people, impersonate others, or infringe rights.
• Offer illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, or exploitative goods or services.
• Send spam or contact people without any permission required by law.
• Upload malware or probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass service security.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Collect passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information through a Leadango request page.

Leadango offers Free and Pro plans. Pro is $19 per month or $190 per year, plus applicable taxes. An eligible owner may receive one card-required 14-day trial on the first monthly Pro subscription. That trial converts to $19 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. Yearly Pro has no trial.

By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize the selected recurring charge until cancellation. Monthly Pro renews monthly and yearly Pro renews annually. You may cancel through Manage billing. Unless the purchase terms or applicable law say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, payments already made are non-refundable, and access continues through that period. We will show material purchase terms before requesting billing information.

We may change future plan prices with reasonable advance notice. A price change applies prospectively and does not shorten a period that has already been paid.

Leadango depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, and email services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party products or websites outside our control.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature.

You may stop using Leadango at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or to protect users and the service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

After account closure, we may delete account content and lead data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Legal-acceptance, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained when reasonably necessary for those purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADANGO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A PARTICULAR NUMBER OF LEADS OR ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADANGO AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AFFILIATES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LEADANGO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO THESE LIMITS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Leadango against third-party claims arising from your content, business, customer relationships, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try in good faith to resolve it through written notice for at least 30 days.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new last-updated date. We will provide notice or request renewed acceptance before a material change applies when required by law or reasonably appropriate to the change.
